Benefit check: What is important to you?
We're kicking off the year 2024 with an exciting innovation: as part of our benefits campaign, we're introducing the Benefit Check. With just a few questions, we give you the opportunity to explore and discover what benefits matter to you. The test takes about two minutes and once you have completed it, you will immediately find out how important benefits are to you .
What can you expect in the benefit check?
We generate a score based on 10 questions related to topics such as flexible working hours, professional development, employee discounts, and more. This score will show you how well your current benefits align with your needs. By the way, all the benefits you find in our test are available to you at OTTO.
