Applying has never been so fast
We have long since dispensed with a formal cover letter in our application process. Instead, as an applicant, you are required to answer two motivation questions. We want to make the online application process even more user-friendly for you. This means that in the future, you will no longer be required to answer any motivation questions in your application. If you wish to provide additional information with your application, you can use the new free text field. It's entirely up to you whether you want to include a sentence about your personal motivation or provide additional information, such as the start date.

Why only for permanent employees?
If you are applying for a permanent position and already possess relevant work experience, we can omit the motivation questions with a clear conscience. However, if you are a student or pupil, the motivation questions provide you with an opportunity to share more about yourself and persuade us of your professional and personal suitability. This helps us form a positive first impression of you.

To provide us with a comprehensive understanding of your skills, we recommend including as much information as possible about your previous tasks and positions in your resume. For a personal touch, you can optionally include a short profile about your personality.
