Our consulting focus includes all major topics that affect top management. In Corporate Strategy & Development, we simultaneously develop the holistic Group strategy and innovative business models and successively expand the Group's portfolio.

Konzernstrategie: Corporate Strategy
Wir erstellen Markt- und Zukunftsszenarien für die strategischen Geschäftsfelder der Otto Group und entwickeln eine umfassende Konzernstrategie. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Finanzabteilungen setzen wir diese Strategien in die Portfoliosteuerung um. Darüber hinaus leiten wir strategische Projekte auf Konzernebene und bieten den Konzerngesellschaften Beratung bei übergreifenden strategischen Themen an.
OTTO Strategy & Analysis
As a staff position of the OTTO Divisional Board Sales, we focus on the development and design of OTTO's corporate strategy and the analysis of brand perception from the customer and non-customer perspective.
Our activities include in particular:
- Conception and support of strategic projects as well as derivation of recommendations for action for top management
- Measuring the perception of all relevant touchpoints from the consumer's point of view
- Potential assessment of significant competitive and trend developments
Ideally, you bring strong analytical and conceptual skills, a critical mindset and enthusiasm for fashion and e-commerce topics. You are result-oriented, proactive, work independently and have excellent communication skills in German and English. Together with us you have the chance to develop OTTO further.
